Our Process: Inspiring sustainable living, start to finish

At Master Bio-Vision, we were determined to find an alternative to plastics, papers and pollution. With this spirit, we set out to study natural alternatives, such as the Areca Palm Tree. The sturdy form and structure of these leaves are a perfect option for disposable plates, bowls and cutlery.

End-of-life (naturally fallen) Areca leaves are collected by hand
Leaves are dried in the sun
Material is washed with fresh water
Feedstock is processed and shaped through moulding presses
Completed product is inspected, ready to be packed and shipped
